About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs and shift availability. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule. As an On-Demand TM, you will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular engagement by working shifts at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours) is required, with some flexibility for personal circumstances. You must respond to contact attempts to maintain employment, and working at least one shift within 6 months (or 5 months from December 2024) is mandatory to avoid termination.

Role Overview

As a Guest Advocate, you will focus on providing exceptional guest service, engaging with guests, and promoting store services and benefits. Your day will include greeting guests, assisting with their needs, operating registers, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. You will also support various store functions and uphold safety and ethical standards.

• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions and remain mobile during shifts
