ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a flexible work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Active engagement by picking up and working shifts is required, and we will contact you periodically to confirm your availability.

Regular attendance is necessary. You must work at least one shift every 6 months (or 5 months starting December 2024) to maintain employment, responding to our contact attempts and showing active engagement.

Upon being offered a position, attendance at a Target orientation and a short-term training schedule are required. The myTime app is used to select shifts.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

Guest Advocates focus on delivering exceptional guest service, engaging with guests, and promoting store services and loyalty programs. They are empowered to make shopping quick and easy while ensuring quality and safety.

Skills developed include communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and product knowledge.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting guests, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.
• Scanning, bagging, and handling transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Promoting store services and loyalty programs.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Supporting safety and compliance policies.
