The Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $16.75 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $16.75 USD - $25.15 USD per hour.

ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Active engagement in picking up and working shifts, as well as responding to contact attempts, is required.

Regular attendance and active participation are necessary. You must work at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours), with a minimum of one shift within 6 months (or 5 months starting December 2024) to avoid administrative termination.

Successful candidates will attend a Target Welcome orientation and short-term training, then use the myTime app to select shifts.

Guest Advocates welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations through interaction and recovery. They promote store capabilities and features that drive guest loyalty, making shopping quick and easy at various service points.

This role helps develop skills such as effective communication, problem solving, adapting to guest needs, and promoting store services.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Delivering excellent guest service and greeting guests authentically.
• Observing and understanding guest needs through body language and verbal cues.
• Engaging guests with questions and knowledge about products and services.
• Processing transactions efficiently and accurately, including returns and partner de-escalation.
• Maintaining a clean, safe work environment and supporting store operations like order pickup and cash handling.
