About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app. Regular engagement and active participation are required to maintain employment.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service, greeting guests and understanding their needs
• Operate tools, products, and services to assist guests effectively
• Handle transactions, returns, and support store services like order pickup and drive-up
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support compliance with safety and legal standards
