Overview

Work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs and shift availability. This role involves engaging with guests, providing excellent service, and supporting various store functions.

Pay Range

Starting at $16.25 USD per hour, with a range up to $24.40 USD per hour.

Role Details

As an On-Demand TM, you'll create your schedule by picking up shifts via the myTime app, responding to contact attempts, and maintaining regular engagement. Attendance and active participation are essential, with a minimum of one shift every 4-6 months to avoid termination.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with guests.
• Operate tools and technology to facilitate transactions and support store functions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Support store operations including order pickup, drive-up, and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and guest interaction skills.
• Ability to multi-task and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for extended periods.
