About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs and shift availability. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking shifts via our myTime app, and requires active engagement in working shifts and responding to contact attempts. Regular attendance and working at least one shift every 4-6 months are necessary to maintain employment.

Role Responsibilities

• Prioritize guest service by greeting, assisting, and providing solutions to guests.
• Engage with guests to understand their needs and promote store services and benefits.
• Operate registers, handle transactions, and support order pickup and drive-up services.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, support cash operations, and assist with other duties as needed.

Qualifications and Skills
