ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND
This role offers flexible scheduling: work as much or as little as you like, with shifts scheduled via our myTime app. Active engagement—picking up shifts and responding to contact—is required to maintain employment. You must work at least one shift every 5-6 months to avoid termination. Training and orientation are provided upon hiring.

Guest Advocates focus on delivering exceptional service, engaging with guests, and promoting store offerings and loyalty programs. Key skills include effective communication, problem-solving, and adaptability.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and creating a welcoming environment
• Assisting guests by understanding their needs and providing solutions
• Operating scanners, handling transactions, and supporting store services
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Supporting various guest services like order pickup and drive-up
