All About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs. You will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app, and active engagement is required to maintain employment.

Attendance and responsiveness are essential. You must work at least one shift every 4 to 6 months to avoid termination, with specific policies outlined.

Role Responsibilities & Skills

As a Guest Advocate, your role includes greeting guests, understanding their needs, promoting store services, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Skills needed include effective communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork.
