About the On-Demand Role

As an On-Demand TM, you can work as much or as little as you like, with shifts posted via our myTime app. Your schedule varies based on store needs and your availability. Regular engagement is required to maintain employment, including responding to contact attempts and working at least one shift every 5-6 months.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service, including greeting, assisting, and thanking guests.
• Operate registers efficiently and accurately, handle merchandise, and support store services like order pick-up and drive-up.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, support safety policies, and assist with cash management and merchandise handling.
