Axiom Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking a reliable Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-demand, on-site IT support for enterprise clients in Durham, North Carolina. The role covers desktops, laptops, peripherals, and network connectivity with an emphasis on timely problem resolution.

The position is contract-based (Dispatch / Part-Time) with no guaranteed hours. Candidates must be able to travel to client sites and work independently, delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Experience with Windows desktops, laptops and peripherals.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, switches, routers).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently on-site.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software applications.
• Support network connectivity issues, including LAN troubleshooting.
• Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
• Follow client IT policies and security procedures while performing onsite tasks.
