Qualifications

• Current UIW student approved and eligible to participate in the Federal Work-Study program.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general clerical duties (photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, email).
• Assist at the front desk with visitor greeting and customer service.
• Answer multiline phone system.
• Assist new hires with completing appropriate paperwork.
• Respond to applicant inquiries about job applications.
• Submit background checks.
• Assist with employee appreciation events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
