Job summary

University of the Incarnate Word is seeking a Pharmacy Student Affairs Assistant to support the Office of Student Affairs at the Feik School of Pharmacy. This Federal Work-Study funded role is open to UIW students approved for Work-Study.

The position offers flexible hours, primarily on-campus between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., with potential Saturday events. Duties include greeting visitors, event prep, tours, and general clerical tasks.

Qualifications

• Current UIW student with a 2.5+ GPA and Federal Work-Study eligibility.
• No prior experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work up to 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors to the Office of Student Affairs and assist as needed.
• Assist with Admissions Interview Day prep and group tours.
• Support events hosted by the FSOP Office of Student Affairs.
• Serve as a backup tour guide and perform clerical duties.
• Organize office materials, photocopy, restock, and handle routine tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by staff.
