Job summary

The University of the Incarnate Word is seeking a Student Office Assistant to support the School of Mathematics, Science, and Engineering Dean's Office. The role reports to the Administrative Assistant to the Dean and is funded by the Federal Work-Study program.

This part-time, on-campus position requires strong communication, confidentiality, and teamwork. Training is provided, and UIW students eligible for Work-Study are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be a current UIW student eligible for Federal Work-Study.
• No previous work experience required; training provided.
• Preferred: working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily office support to the Administrative Assistant and the Dean.
• Perform campus deliveries to various offices (Print Shop, Business Office, Accounts Payable, mail-room, etc).
• Scanning and copying of documents.
• Support a friendly, student-oriented environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
