The University of Utah's Marriott Library is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide front-line IT support for macOS, iPadOS, and Windows across campus. You will triage service tickets, deploy and configure systems, and assist with emerging technologies in a collaborative environment.

The role requires strong problem-solving, the ability to work with Jamf Pro and Microsoft Configuration Manager, and the willingness to support staff and students on a variety of hardware and software tasks

Qualifications

• Equivalency statement: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience.
