Job summary
Metropolitan State University of Denver seeks a Desktop Liaison in its ITS Client Services team to deliver high‑level in-person and remote support to students, faculty, staff, and leadership. You will manage hardware, software, and device lifecycles, collaborate with multiple ITS groups, and guide AI-driven solutions to improve service delivery.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2+ years in IT support, and experience with Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms, plus endpoint
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 2+ years in IT customer service or support.
- Experience troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
- Familiarity with Entra ID, AD, Intune, Jamf, or similar endpoint management.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-person and remote desktop and peripheral support for campus users.
- Configure, deploy, and manage university-owned devices and software.
- Collaborate with ITS teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
- Support executive leadership and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
