Job summary

Aqua is seeking a qualified engineer/ supervisor to oversee water and wastewater facilities in Pennsylvania. A BS in engineering or related field and 3+ years of experience are required.

You will monitor SCADA, manage licenses, coordinate capital projects with various teams, and ensure compliance with DEP/SDWA and NPDES. A PA licenses and driver’s license are required; on-call duty is part of the role.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering, environmental sciences, chemistry, or biology.
• At least 3 years’ experience in water/wastewater.
• PA Class A Water and Class B Wastewater licenses (or ability to obtain).
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate water and wastewater treatment facilities to meet targets and ensure safety.
• Monitor SCADA and data; respond to alarms and coordinate with teams.
• Oversee multiple facilities and assist in capital projects with other departments.
• Ensure compliance with DEP, SDWA and NPDES requirements; maintain regulatory reports.
