Pratum Companies seeks a Maintenance Technician responsible for diagnosing problems, making repairs, and handling service requests promptly across residential properties. You will assist the Maintenance Supervisor on projects and perform make-ready tasks to ensure properties are market-ready.

A minimum of three years of residential property maintenance experience and fluency in English are required. The role involves inspecting systems, maintaining safety protocols, and coordinating with tenants

Qualifications

• Three years of residential property maintenance experience.
• Ability to read and write English fluently.
• Ability to communicate with tenants and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special projects.
• Complete resident service requests promptly.
• Make-ready tasks: painting, plumbing, electrical work.
• Inspect and maintain grounds, buildings, and equipment.
• Respond to emergencies following safety protocol.
• Perform snow removal as required.
