Pratum Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose problems, perform repairs, and ensure timely completion of service requests. The role includes preventative maintenance, make-ready tasks, and on-call duties across residential properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and ability to read/write English.
• Minimum three years’ experience in residential maintenance.
• Must be able to work rotating on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects.
• Complete resident service requests in a timely fashion.
• Make-ready tasks including painting, appliance repair, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections of buildings and equipment.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and follow safety protocols.
• Inspect fire/smoke alarm systems and schedule repairs as needed.
• Perform snow removal and other duties as assigned.
