Job summary

Pratum Co is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose issues, perform repairs and fulfill maintenance requests across residential properties. You will support the Maintenance Supervisor on special projects and ensure timely completion of work orders.

Applicants should have a basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related systems, plus three years of residential maintenance experience. A high school diploma or GED is required, with strong communication skills and physical

High school diploma or GED required.
Three years of residential property maintenance experience preferred.
Basic reading/writing English and communication skills necessary.

Responsibilities

Assist Maintenance Supervisor on special projects and preventative tasks.
Complete resident service requests in a timely fashion.
Perform make-ready tasks: painting, appliance/plumbing/electrical repairs as needed.
Conduct regular inspections of grounds, buildings and equipment.
Respond quickly to emergencies and follow safety protocols.
Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs as needed.
Perform snow removal and other duties as assigned.
