Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help maintain the community and deliver world-class service to residents. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure resident requests are completed promptly.

Qualified candidates have 1 years of maintenance experience, basic troubleshooting skills, and a valid driver license. Certifications for the region should be obtained within 9 months, and training within 1 year of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1old years of maintenance experience.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Certifications relevant to the region within 9 months of hire/promotion.
• Valid state driver license with a safe driving record.
• Required training courses completed within 1 year of hire/promotion date.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support for general maintenance and orderliness of property HVAC, mechanical, electrical, utilities and lighting systems, including inspections and repairs.
• Ensure the successful execution of all safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Deliver the highest level of resident satisfaction through responsive, consistent, positive, and professional interactions.
• Work a rotating on-call schedule to provide 24/7 maintenance coverage.
