The role requires basic tool knowledge, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll operate in a safety-conscious environment with on-call rotations and opportunities for growth within the Maintenance Technician

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of basic tools and general maintenance processes.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with a safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support for HVAC, mechanical, electrical, utilities and lighting systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Deliver high resident satisfaction through responsive, professional interactions.
• Work a rotating on-call schedule to provide 24/7 maintenance coverage.
