Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Experience in property maintenance or facilities management.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Repair interior and exterior property features such as doors, windows, walls, flooring, and fixtures.
• Respond to resident work orders with timely resolution.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, including painting and cleaning.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• On-call duties in evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Adhere to safety regulations and building codes.
• Maintain tools and inventory for daily operations.
