Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances).
• Repair and maintain interior/exterior property features.
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents and prepare units for new residents.
