Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of managed properties meet safety, cleanliness, and functional standards. Duties include handling service requests, performing preventive maintenance, and assisting with make-ready tasks for new move-ins.

The role requires 1-2 years of maintenance experience, EPA refrigerant certifications, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Able to perform entry-level to mid-level repair and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Willingness to work on-call and flexible hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventive maintenance.
• Execute make-ready tasks to prepare vacant homes for leasing and inspect work.
• Manage materials and inventory; track usage and re-order supplies as needed.
