Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal required for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacants for leasing by completing pre-move-out inspections and creating a punch list.
• Tracks inventory, returns unused items, and notifies supervisor about reordering needs.
