Job summary

Greystar is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical integrity, cleanliness, and safety of our property. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and manage routine tasks across units and common areas.

The role includes make-ready work, on-call shifts, and adherence to safety procedures. EPA refrigerant certifications are required where applicable, with competitive benefits and a comprehensive on-site program.

Qualifications

• Experience performing routine and preventative maintenance on residential properties.
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures and policies.
• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certification is required for applicable roles.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Execute make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units for leasing and move-ins.
• Access materials and track inventory, notifying supervisors when re-ordering is needed.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Assist in grounds and common area upkeep and safety compliance.
• Support cost control by using parts efficiently and following tool safety guidelines.
