Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform essential repairs, safety checks, and preventative maintenance across the property’s buildings and grounds. You will diagnose issues, complete work orders, and help ensure a clean, safe, and well‑functioning environment for residents.

Responsibilities include completing make‑ready tasks, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications as required for all service technicians.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance to meet safety, code, and policy standards.
• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacant homes for leasing and move-ins, including inspections and coordinating vendors.
• Tracks inventory, uses tools correctly, and notifies supervision when supplies need reordering.
