Job summary

Hillpointe is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical tasks ensuring buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet safety and quality standards. This role includes a rotating on-call schedule with weekend, evening, and morning availability.

The ideal candidate will diagnose and repair mechanical issues, perform preventive maintenance, manage inventory, and coordinate with residents, vendors, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues within buildings and common areas.
• Troubleshoot problems, repair safely, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Document tasks like pre-move-out inspections and work orders.
• Manage inventory, vendors, and materials; coordinate with teams.
• Follow safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and report incidents.
• Possess EPA Type I/II or Universal certifications for refrigerants.
• Have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on site.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders for resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality and address property needs.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new tenants.
• Manage inventory and order supplies.
• Assist in grounds upkeep and safety protocols.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule including weekends.
