Job summary

Hillpointe is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet safety and functionality standards. You will handle work orders, inspections, and prepare vacant apartments for new tenants.

Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical issues, preventive maintenance, inventory management, and adherence to safety protocols. This role requires on-call weekend/evening availability and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must diagnose and repair mechanical issues in buildings and common areas.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and safety protocols.

• Ability to manage inventory, schedules, and documentation.
