Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required for golf cart operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Experience with building maintenance and safety protocols a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders for resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality and address property needs.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new tenants.
• Manage inventory and order supplies.
• Maintain documentation of work performed.
• Assist in grounds upkeep and cost-control efforts.
• Participate in safety protocols and reporting.
• Rotate on-call schedule with weekend, evening, and morning availability.
