Job summary

Hillpointe is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical tasks ensuring buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet safety and functionality standards.

You will diagnose and repair mechanical issues, complete work orders, and prepare vacant units for new tenants, while managing inventory and supporting cost-control efforts. A valid driver’s license and EPA certification are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with related experience in maintenance.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Must have valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on the property.

Responsibilities

• Completing work orders for resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Conducting inspections to ensure quality and address property needs.
• Preparing vacant apartments for new tenants.
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies.
• Assisting in grounds upkeep.
• Supporting cost-cutting efforts.
• Participating in safety protocols.
• Rotating on-call schedule requiring weekend, evening, and morning availability.
