Job summary

Hillpointe, a fully integrated real estate development and investment firm, seeks a Maintenance Technician to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet safety and quality standards.

You will complete work orders, inspect properties, prepare vacant units, manage inventory, document activities, assist in grounds upkeep, and participate in safety protocols on a rotating on-call schedule including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• The ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues within buildings and common areas
• Must have or be willing to obtain EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
• High School diploma/GED and related experience and/or training

Responsibilities

• Completing work orders for resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Conducting inspections to ensure quality and address property needs.
• Preparing vacant apartments for new tenants.
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies.
• Maintaining documentation.
• Assisting in grounds upkeep.
• Supporting cost‑cutting efforts.
• Participating in safety protocols.
• This position will participate in a rotating on‑call schedule, requiring weekend, evening, and morning availability.
