Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the interior and exterior areas of our properties in Florida. You will diagnose and repair issues, complete work orders within 24–48 hours, and support grounds, amenities, and common areas to uphold safety and cleanliness.

The role requires use of hand and power tools, adherence to safety policies, and effective communication with residents and the on-site team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience using hand and power tools for maintenance tasks.
• Ability to diagnose and repair common maintenance issues.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders within 24–48 hours and performs routine site upkeep.
• Executes make-ready tasks to prepare vacant apartments for leasing.
• Maintains inventory and follows safety and policy guidelines.
• Assists in grounds, common areas, and amenity upkeep as needed.
• Communicates with residents and on-site team to resolve issues.
