Job summary

A high school diploma or GED, EPA refrigerant certifications, and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Experience with hand and power tools is required.
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal are required.

Responsibilities

• Completes 24–48 hour work orders from resident requests and performs routine maintenance.
• Prepares vacant homes by conducting pre-move-out inspections and managing punch lists.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Participates in safety meetings and training per policy.
