Job summary

Resource Property Management in Florida is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our onsite team. This role keeps the property clean, safe, fully operational, and welcoming for residents and guests.

You will perform general maintenance, routine inspections, and preventive care across buildings and grounds, coordinate with management and vendors, and respond to work orders and occasional after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance, facilities, or related field preferred.
• Basic skills in landscaping, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or equipment repair.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property regularly to identify maintenance needs or hazards.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of amenities and common areas.
• Support upkeep of lighting, doors, walkways, waste stations, and other assets.
• Assist with preparation for events and board meetings.
• Coordinate with management and vendors on projects, inspections, and repairs.
• Perform seasonal and preventive maintenance tasks (pressure washing, painting, filter changes).
• Respond to approved work orders and occasional after-hours emergencies.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and property in the maintenance room.
• Provide customer service and report violations or safety concerns.
