Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform technical and mechanical work ensuring the community meets Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will handle work orders, make-ready processes, and preventative maintenance across 210-unit Townhome community.

You will collaborate with the Community Manager on budgets, inventory, safety compliance, and service quality, including vendor coordination and on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or related trade.
• Must provide own hand tools and be skilled with hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.

Responsabilités

• Assists and completes work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep.
• Oversees make-ready process for vacant units, coordinates vendors and inspections.
• Maintains inventory of spare parts and materials; supports budgetary guidelines.
