SPS Global is seeking an Office Support Specialist (On-Call) to provide on-site coverage across client locations in San Francisco. This floating role supports operations, mail and shipping, and front-desk coverage, with a flexible schedule and travel between sites.

The position emphasizes customer service, multitasking, and proficiency with MS Office and office equipment. High school diploma required; prior office services experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months or more in office services, reception, hospitality, retail, logistics, or customer service preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn and navigate computer-based systems.
• Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset. Ability to work assigned hours and follow established policies.

Responsibilities

• Office services support, service delivery, and operational continuity across client sites.
• Handle mail & shipping operations, including log and track deliveries.
• Provide front desk or concierge coverage and professional call handling.
