Job summary

SPS is seeking an Office Services Specialist - On Call (Temporary) to backfill coverage across assigned regions, primarily at the San Diego site. This role ensures continuous support for mail, reprographics, office services, and front-of-house operations across multiple client sites within a 25-mile radius.

The position demands flexibility, travel between SPS sites, and delivering world-class service to customers and staff, while maintaining a professional image of the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• 6+ months prior work experience preferred.
• Ability to work assigned work hours determined by manager.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Current knowledge or ability to learn computer-based systems.
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional world class service to all clients (in all forms of communication).
• Processes inbound and outbound mail and packages and sorts by recipient/department.
• Performs duties of shipping and receiving materials (packaging, sealing shipments).
• Assists with copy/print production and monitoring equipment functionality.
• Provides binding services and device maintenance tasks.
• Performs scanning and imaging of documents and light copy/print replication.
