Job summary

SPS North America Inc. is seeking a Field Support Specialist (On Call) to provide backfill coverage across assigned regional locations. You will handle mail services, reprographics, and general office support while ensuring seamless client service and adherence to SLAs.

The role requires flexibility for same-day assignments, strong communication, and the ability to work across multiple SPS sites. Travel within the region is expected to support various client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering office support, front desk or concierge services.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide mail services including inbound/outbound mail and package handling.
• Assist reprographics with copy/print, binding, scanning, and basic repair tasks.
• Maintain and replenish Office Services Center, pantry, conference and meeting areas.
• Provide front of house coverage, welcome guests, and direct inquiries.
• Operate and troubleshoot standard office equipment and ensure data accuracy in logs.
