SPS North America Inc. is seeking an On- Call Office Services Specialist/Field Support Specialist (Floating) to support a dynamic office environment. The role includes light administration, mail & shipping, and hospitality tasks across client sites.

Key duties involve print/reprographics, front desk coverage, and maintaining organized spaces with a professional guest experience. Excellent communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 6+ months of work experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service with clients and guests.
• Proficiency in MS Office and office technology.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to follow shipping/receiving procedures.

Responsibilities

• Print & Reprographics Assistance: Support copy/ print production, scanning, imaging, and binding services while ensuring equipment is stocked and functioning.
• Office & Facility Support: Maintain organized office spaces, restock supplies, support meeting room setups, and assist with light maintenance tasks.
• Front Desk & Guest Services: Welcome visitors, manage calls and visitor logs, and provide a professional concierge- style experience for clients and guests.
