SPS is seeking a Field Support Specialist (On-Call) to provide on-site coverage and support across client locations. The role is designed for continuous service delivery and quick deployment to nearby sites, based out of a designated home office with potential short-notice travel.

You will handle mail, shipping, office moves, and front desk coverage while maintaining high service standards and independent work ethic. This position emphasizes flexibility and reliability in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of prior work experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to learn and navigate computer-based systems.

Responsibilities

• This role focuses on office services support, service delivery, and operational continuity.
• Oversee mail & shipping operations, log deliveries, and manage packing documentation.
• Assist with supply ordering, office moves, and conference room setups.
