SPS is seeking an On-Call Office Services Specialist/Field Support Specialist to support administrative tasks, mail, shipping, and hospitality across client sites in the Seattle area. This floating role offers exposure to diverse operational environments and fast‑paced settings, ideal for developing hands-on experience in office services.

The position emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to adapt to multiple tasks while delivering professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills; professional interaction with clients and guests.
• Proficiency in MS Office and office technology, including MFD equipment.

Responsibilities

• Mail & Shipping: process inbound/outbound mail with custody procedures.
• Print & Reprographics: support copy/print production, scanning, imaging, binding; maintain equipment.
• Office & Facility: organize spaces, restock supplies, support meeting rooms, light maintenance.
• Front Desk & Guest Services: greet visitors, manage calls and logs, provide concierge-style service.
• Administrative & Client Support: provide general admin and deliver excellent customer service.
