SPS North America is seeking an On-Call Office Services Specialist/Field Support Specialist (Floating) to provide administrative support, mail and shipping, and workplace hospitality across client sites in the Santa Barbara area.

You will handle print and reprographics tasks, office and facility support, and front desk/guest services while maintaining organization and professionalism in a dynamic, travel‑ready role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and office technology.
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and follow shipping/receiving procedures.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) with 6+ months of work experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Print & Reprographics assistance: support copy/print, scanning, imaging, binding.
• Office & facility support: maintain organized spaces, restock supplies, support meeting rooms.
• Front desk & guest services: greet visitors, manage calls and logs, provide concierge-style service.
