Job summary

SPS is seeking a Field Support Specialist (On Call) to join our team in a dynamic office environment. You will provide mail/shipping support, print/reprographics assistance, and general administrative help across client sites.

Travel within the assigned region is required, and you will interact with visitors and clients in a concierge-style capacity. Ideal candidates bring strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and a reliable, self-motivated work style.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and office technology, including MFD equipment.
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) with 6+ months of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mail & Shipping: process inbound/outbound mail with accurate custody.
• Print & Reprographics: support copy/print, scanning, imaging, binding.
• Office & Facility: maintain organized spaces and assist with setup.
• Front Desk & Guest Services: welcome visitors and manage calls/logs.
• Administrative & Client Support: provide general administrative assistance.
