You may assist with mail, reception, facilities, and copy/print operations, often moving between client sites with short notice. This on-call position emphasizes flexibility, professionalism, and proactive support, ensuring smooth operations and a positive SPS image across

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months work experience preferred.
• Ability to work hours determined by manager.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to learn computer-based systems.
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude.
• Adhere to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service to all employees.
• Answer calls and assist visitors with professional service.
• Support light facilities tasks and set up conference rooms.
• Handle inbound/outbound mail and input into tracking software.
• Manage shipping/receiving and distribute mail.
• Assist with office moves and copy/print duties.
• Proactively seek additional work during downtime.
• Build relationships with clients and teams.
• Train backups on policies and procedures.
• Provide front office reception coverage as needed.
