Job summary

SPS North America Inc. is seeking a Field Support Specialist (On Call) to provide print and reprographics assistance, office support, and front desk guest services in a dynamic on-site role in Houston.

You will help maintain office spaces, manage shipments, and travel to SPS sites within the assigned region. The role requires strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and office technology including MFD equipment.
• Highly organized, able to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and follow shipping/receiving procedures.

Responsibilities

• Print & Reprographics: support copy/print, scanning, imaging, binding; ensure equipment stocked.
• Office & Facility Support: maintain organized spaces, restock supplies, support meeting room setups.
• Front Desk & Guest Services: welcome visitors, manage calls and logs, provide concierge-style service.
• Travel: travel within SPS region (25 miles radius) to SPS sites as needed.
