Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Marcella Memorial Heights multifamily community to support move-ins, resident satisfaction, and timely service.

You will perform make-ready tasks, painting, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and maintain grounds and common areas. A valid driver’s license and 1+ year of related experience are required; high school diploma or equivalent. On-call duties may apply; dress in company uniform and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1+ years of related maintenance experience.
Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting and safety practices.

Responsibilities

Prepare make-ready apartments with painting, repairs and cleaning.
Respond to resident requests promptly with professional attitude.
Perform maintenance tasks: plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting; maintain grounds and common areas.
On-call duties for after-hours emergencies; report concerns to supervisor.
Follow safety procedures and wear Cushman & Wakefield uniform.
