The role requires a valid driver’s license, EPA 608 Type II and CPO certifications, and at least 1 year of related experience. On-call duties and safety compliance are part of the job, with a strong emphasis on professional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or vocational training).
• 1+ year of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II and CPO certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments (painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, basic repairs).
• Respond to resident requests promptly with professional attitude.
• Maintain grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies and follow supervisor guidance.
