Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a multifamily community in Mesa. You will prepare make-ready apartments, perform repairs, respond to resident requests, and help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

This on-site role requires basic trades skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work on-call. You will collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and maintain common areas, grounds, and building systems to uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 1+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares make ready apartments, including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and general repairs.
• Responds to resident requests in a timely manner with a professional attitude.
• Maintains grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities to keep clean, operational, and safe for residents.
• On-call scheduling may be required to respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Reports maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Performs maintenance as scheduled by the Maintenance supervisor.
