Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of related maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license and EPA 608 certification required.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, carpentry, painting, and snow removal.
• Ability to read documents and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments with cleaning, repairs, painting and related tasks.
• Respond to resident requests promptly with professionalism.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and dog park amenities.
• On-call scheduling may be required for after-hours emergencies.
• Ensure safety, adherence to policies, and timely reporting to supervisor.
